Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your new gem. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We will accept returns only if > Item(s) is in their original, unused condition. > Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by our professional team. > Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc. Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone, shall not be refunded in the return payment. Returns will take 2-6 weeks to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.

RETURNS

Returns should be made within 10 days and in original.

Exchanges

Exchanges should be requested via email within 6 Months from the delivered date. We offer LIFE TIME exchange service for some of our products .For that we only accept exchanges if, All the items are subject to inspection and checking by our professional team. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our exchange Policy.>br/> >Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, documentation, etc. Payment Gateway charges, shipping charges ,etc will deduct from the original price of your product which you need to exchange. After deducting the additional payments listed above from the value of the original product (original price you bought the product) you will receive an email from us containing the value/amount that you are eligible to exchange . Depending on that amount of money we mentioned in our email , any of our product of similar value can be exchanged with your item you purchased from us. After you select the item we will ship it to you or you can collect it from our branch office. Exchange will take 7-14 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address).

REFUNDS

If the goods are retuning back for refund due to your own matter Shipping, handling, appraisal charges (If applicable), labor charges for making jewelry, Card Charges/ Payment Gateway charges that you pay to the merchant/bank to process your order will be not refunded. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, if it is without the original invoice , if it is not the same stone of the certificate and the invoice or if it is incorrect or damaged we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange. The goods may not be returned/exchanged except pursuant to your statutory rights: personalized good or goods made to a customer’s specifications and accessories. If you would prefer to exchange products, complete our online form including the following details order and stock number, reason for return & if you wish to refund or replace your item.We will email you back with further instructions and exchange code. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply. Additionally any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.

Terms & Conditions of refund and exchange

  1. Product should be sent back with all certification/s, original invoice. In case of missing original invoice/certification, no exchange request would be accepted.
  2. Refunds will be made in the currency of purchase.
  3. For purchases within Sri Lanka the refund will be made by an account payee cheque or bank transfer and for products delivered to other countries the refund will be made by bank transfer only.
  4. Depending on the value and currency of the refunds it may take between 30-60 days from date of approval of refunds for the funds to reach you. This requires submission of original invoice and documents to the Tax authorities and the RBI in case the payment has to be made in foreign currency.
  5. Exchange should be for a product of equal or higher value (extra amount can be paid by the customer). You can buy any product of your choice and it does not necessarily have to be from the same Gem family.
  6. The adjustment in exchange value for wear & tear and damages, if any, will be arrived at by our Appraisers post inspection of the product.
  7. Gold or Silver purchased from us will be valued for exchange at the price published by the authorized Association, Sri Lanka on the day of exchange.
  8. For exchanges-applicable taxes, labor charges, wastage, bank charges, credit card charges, appraisal charges, shipping and insurance charged on the original purchase are non-refundable.
  9. Cost of return shipping & insurance will be borne by the Client.
  10. No return/ refund/ exchange if original invoice and certification is missing. These have to be given in original as per directives of the law due to the precious nature of these goods and involvement of foreign currency etc.

Process for Refund or Exchange

  1. Please send us an email requesting for a refund.
  2. Do provide all the details asked for and attach pictures of the products and documents if requested ( Only if Requested).
  3. We will revert to you within 4 working days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  4. Follow the instructions received with the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and ship us the product along with the original documents and invoice.
  5. On receipt of the shipment, we will inspect the product and confirm the refund/exchange and the value of the refund/exchange by email.
  6. If you are exchanging for product of higher value, you will now need to make the payment for the differential amount and communicate the same to us.
  7. Once the process is completed we will communicate the refund or shipping details  to you.
Note : This Policy is registered with Legal agencies and other related government organizations so no refunds will be entertained in absence of Original Invoice with company seal. No further communication in this matter shall be entertained if any document is missing. For legal compliance we have to submit the original invoice as proof of refund. We request you to keep your documents safely.
